200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Join Audra Stanley, lead trainer and Founder of Rose Room, alongside our team of expert yoga instructors, for an immersive journey into the foundations of Vinyasa yoga with our Yoga Alliance Certified 200-hour teacher training.

At The Rose Room, we are driven by a passion for continuous learning and exploration, both as students and instructors. Our aim is not only to impart knowledge of yoga but to ignite a curiosity about how we engage with the practice, encouraging an ongoing evolution of understanding and expression for each individual.

Throughout the training, we will meticulously deconstruct the foundational asanas of modern Vinyasa yoga. From anatomy and physiology to modifications, alignment, and hands-on assists, each aspect is covered comprehensively in our Rose Room Training manual, presented through master asana classes and interactive public Vinyasa sessions.

You will gain the skills to confidently lead our signature class—a balanced and accessible Vinyasa sequence designed to empower you in guiding others through their practice.

Delving beyond the surface, our masterclasses explore the diverse traditions that have influenced modern Vinyasa yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Smartflow, Restorative, and Yin Yoga.

In addition to practicum sessions, our curriculum encompasses lectures on Yoga Philosophy and history, Sanskrit terminology, ethical considerations, and insights into the business aspects of teaching yoga.

As seasoned educators who once stood in the shoes of aspiring teachers, we understand the journey of finding one's voice as an instructor. Through personalized guidance and mentorship, we are committed to supporting each trainee in cultivating their unique teaching style and presence on the mat.

7 am - 11 am; 1-6 pm daily Monday through Friday

TUITION PRICING

  • 55 mil + VAT

  • upon registration theres a $15 mil MXN + VAT non refundable deposit due.

  • remaining amount due two weeks prior to start date

  • payment plans can be made available

PREREQUISITES

  • 1 year familiarity with vinyasa yoga

  • can communicate via english (spanglish is also sufficient)

  • a willingness to learn and participate in a group setting

TO REGISTER

Upon booking there will be a $15 mil MXN non refundable deposit due and an application to fill out at check out. Limited space available- group will be capped at 15 trainees.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

Upon receiving an acceptance email, the applicant will be charged a deposit of $15,000 MXN. Final invoices will be emailed 4 weeks before the start date of training. The deadline to pay in full is May 17, 2025. If applicant withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before May 17, 2025, The full amount from applicant’s deposit amount will be retained by the program. However, such amount can be applied towards a future training program. The program will not give any refunds or credits after May 17, 2025 . The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
