Breakdown of the foundational asanas in modern vinyasa yoga including the corresponding anatomy, physiology, modifications, alignment and hands-on assists of each asana.
An accessible / solid vinyasa yoga sequence that will lay the foundation to confidently instruct a vinyasa practice.
Master classes on some of the various genres of yoga that have laid the foundation to modern vinyasa yoga: Ashtanga, Iygenar, Smartflow, and Restorative Yoga.
