FAQ

Where are you located?

We are located on the roof top of Don Bonito Hotel and Cafe. We open the studio 10 minutes before class starts. Please wait outside of the cafe and form a line if multiple people are waiting with you.


Do I need to sign up?

Nope! All classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to get your spot in line.


How do I pay?

You can pay in cash (pesos only) or purchase classes online via the purchase link.


What do I bring?

Please bring a towel and water for yourself. We do not have drinking water available but you may buy a bottle down stairs in the cafe. If you have a mat please bring it. If not, we have manduka mats to use free of charge. Be sure to wipe down after use and roll it up neatly with logo facing out.


How long are classes?

All of our classes, unless specified are 75 minutes from the moment we start. Please give yourself 5-10 mins of buffer just in case. We do our best, but the rest of our community is on beach time. If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know and always take a few minutes of savasana before quietly cleaning and putting away your props.


All of our classes are taught in english and spang(lish.) All of our instructors can assist spanish speaking students when needed.

Are your classes in english or spanish?


Is there a restroom?

Yes, you may use the small restroom on the ground floor behind pool deck. Please keep in mind there is only 1 bathroom for the cafe and hotel lobby so please try to use the restroom before you come to class.


Policies

  • No shoes are permitted in studio. You may them leave them at the entrance at the top of the stairs.

  • Please leave your belongings on the back wall in or by cubbies. Cell phones (and camera use) are prohibited during class. Do not have it visible during class. Want a selfie? Take it before or after class.

  • Please turn your Apple Watch off or theater mode for class

  • Be respectful of your space and those around you.


We do not offer refunds on Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, or Events. The original purchasing client must use all class credits. All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Events are non-transferable unless approved by management for special circumstances.
