In support of the Casa Esperanza and the upcoming International Day to Eliminate Violence Against Women, we’re doing a fundraiser class Sunday November 21 for our regular 9:30 am vinyasa practice for all. Casa Esperanza is the women’s shelter in Bahia de Banderas providing safety for women and their children escaping domestic violence. The shelter is free of cost for the women and children to heal mentally and physically, pursue necessary legal action, learn skills for the workplace to earn and provide for themselves and families and relocate to new and safe homes. All proceeds from this class go directly to Casa Esperanza and donations are very much encouraged. Just show up- use your class pass if you choose not to donate and I’ll take that and match it’s amount to the donation bucket. Also, November 25th, the International Day to Eliminate Violence Against Women, there will be a fundraiser and assembly in the Sayulita Plaza 12-7pm led by Compassion for the Family hope to see you there and / or in class.
