Join The Rose Room founder, Audra Rose Stanley, for a magical experience on the playas of Nayrait, Mexico. This week will be a soulful adventure rooted in our morning practices in The Rose Room’s open air yoga shala and balanced with the fluidity of exploring Nayrait’s land and culture with guided surf sessions, jungle hikes and sunset beach fires. Our grounding yoga practices will be catered to each individual while we evolve our confidence and skills on the mat and the water. All levels are welcomed:) The group is capped to 10 participants. Let’s get salty with sweat, the sea and soul. Oh, don’t forget- cocos and tacos.
