Taller Danza con la dualidad

Marcando el solsticio de Invierno con la danza entre la luz y la obscuridad dándole la bienvenida al invierno con la noche más larga del año , enraízandonos con esta práctica en esa época caótica a fin de año.

En este taller exploraremos la práctica de Vinyasa en conjunto con posturas restaurativas, honorando nuestra propia naturaleza y su dualidad. Comenzaremos con una serie de calentamientos para después explorar el movimiento consciente de nuestro cuerpo y terminaremos con las posturas restaurativas que al ser pasivas al mismo tiempo son reveladoras y poderosas .

Esta serie está diseñada para profundizar el entendimiento de la importancia del movimiento o la práctica activa , tambien honorando los momentos en los que se necesita descansar y regenerar.
