In this workshop we use ritual, astrology + ancient yogic tools to heal + find clarity while committing to our intentions of what patterns we’re truly ready to release. We discuss the main planetary energies to help navigate challenges + seize opportunities presented to us. this class consists of yoga asana, breathwork + journaling. please bring a pen + paper.
